Catch up and wind down in one of our two interior courtyards, where you’ll find professional grilling stations, high-end patio seating areas, fire pits, benches, and outdoor TVs for the ultimate in outdoor entertaining. Up the ante at the tennis or pickleball courts or just play for fun with the frisbees, yoga mats, and sporting equipment stashed in resident-only activities closets. If kicking back is more your style, settle yourself into one of the multiple pool-side lounge chairs or cabanas where you can do nothing at all. And, no matter where you find yourself, your pooch is always welcome to the party, with pet stations conveniently located around the grounds.

We charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $550. Limit 2 pets per apartment. No weight limit.

Breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Persa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Karelian Bear Dog, or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.

Pets must also remain on a leash.
