Garage Parking: 

• In the garage, you can expect covered parking to protect your car, truck, or bike from the Oklahoma weather. Oklahoma’s famous spring hailstorms, tornadoes, and even recent windstorms won’t be able to reach your vehicle. 
• Our garages aren’t just safe for your vehicle, we also designed them with residents in mind. Bright LED lights fill the garage for safety and peace of mind when coming home late at night
• Located beneath The Block side of our property, the parking garage connects to several elevators for your convenience.

Outdoor Parking: 

• The Presley also offers an outdoor parking lot for those of you on the move! Our outdoor lot is an option for residents who need to park close to your door on those days you forget something important at home. Could never be you, right?
• The outdoor lot is also a great option when hosting guests in your home.

Is There a Washer & Dryer in Every Unit? 

Each apartment at The Presley comes with a front-loading GE washer and dryer neatly tucked into a laundry closet. Our enclosed laundry spaces keep your unit quiet even when doing larger loads.  

Spring cleaning is a breeze when you have the convenience of a washer and dryer inside your unit. The days of waiting in line and hauling your laundry from one place to another is over! Bonus spring cleaning tip: now is the time to wash those winter items such as scarves, gloves, and hats before packing them away.
